Is this about the election? If so, do you realize that Obama would have won even if Romney won Ohio? Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
Because hurting the working man and the probably conservative large business owners really shows Obama what's what!
Ok then I guess boycotting the evil capitalist companies is a great way to show the Republicans what's what!
I work at one of the businesses on that list. I haven't met a salaried employee yet that isn't a Republican. I don't see what boycotting some of the biggest businesses (which are allegedly packed with Republicans) is really going to prove. I don't know where this idiotic idea came from maybe Rush?), but my ultra-right wing crazy Christian cousin just came up with a very similar idea: they are going to boycot every business that is in a "blue state" and has even vowed not to vacation anywhere but a "red state". Whichever conservative talker that came up with this nonsense is a fucking idiot, just like anyone who goes along with it.
The parts of the state that matter in elections are blue. 2/3rds of it are low-population sticks that have little bearing on the way population centers vote.
You can say that about a lot of states. Urban areas are the only blue spots on a county by county map.
What urban areas are in that blue strip across Alabama? Or in northern Vermont? And Montana has quite a bit of blue. On the other hand, Oklahoma and Utah will be voting the way Rush Limbaugh tells them to for quite a long time.
Birmingham? You know who the democrat voters are in Alabama. It's not guilty white faggots like Vermont.
Montana actually has a lot of ex-Californians... people from LA and the Bay Area seem to love Montana, along with some areas of Idaho.
