"The last time we saw a TV show pulled after one episode was last summer’s Anchorwoman on FOX. Now it looks like it’s going to happen again, this time for NBC’s quarterlife, which pulled the worst ratings in 17 years for the 10PM Tuesday slot."

Haven't seen the show, but I don't remember there being any commercials or anything for it. Lack of promotion is what killed a lot of great shows. But I dunno, Quarterlife seems like mainstream garbage from what I've heard so far.

Sounded like any other lame soap opera, they just tried to connect it to that trendy "interweb" thingy.

No, there were lots of commercials on NBC;
The problem was the commercials were so bad.
