:clap::clap:WAY TO GO!!!:clap::clap:
That is pretty damn good for a kid just out of college.
no wonder he has 4 bathrooms
I *will* miss the "I hate my landlord" stories...
How funny would it be if a gangsta rapper bought the Apt next door??
Congratulations you blonde haired angel...
Mere pocket change for the fancy gentleman.
NICE! It is about time. 40th floor, shouldn't be a problem anymore.
Very cool... but I thought moving to the 2nd and 3rd floor sucked...
I just picture Danny & Sam coming over and dropping water bombs from the 40th floor.
I smell a bit. Or doing Box 'O' Cocks and filming it from Opie's 40th floor window.......Get a nice top-down view.
But now this time the landlord hates the tenant.
(Yes, I know Trump isn't the actual landlord of the buiilding.)
Good job Opie.
Why the f were you looking at luxist.com anyway?
well I just replied what Liddy did.....so I'll just remove that LOL!!
Good Luck Bro!
Opie, Spawn of Imus, Scores Trump Place Condo for $3.35 M.
It’s been a taxing year for shock jocks. Mean-mouthed Don Imus lost his show, “Dog House” was canceled because of a poor Chinese restaurant gag, and XM Radio shushed superstars Opie and Anthony for 30 days in May after a guest joked about sexually assaulting Condoleezza Rice, the Queen and the First Lady.
But on June 14, the last day of that timeout, Gregg “Opie” Hughes had a $3.35 million reason to celebrate: According to city records, he closed on a 40th-floor apartment on Riverside Boulevard in the sprawling Trump Place complex. His condo measures 2,088 square feet.
But Mr. Hughes and his new building’s namesake won’t be celebrating together. After The Opie & Anthony Show apparently bragged that Donald Trump had hungrily wanted to be a guest, Mr. Trump told the New York Post, “The idea that I called these two slobs is laughable.”
What does Mr. Hughes think about his new building’s Trump-brand private spa center and “children’s club” and year-round lap pool? A spokesperson for XM Radio first said Opie was “unfortunately” not available for an interview, and later e-mailed, “We’re going to decline comment.”
Jordan Solomon, the real estate lawyer listed on the deed, said Opie is a nice guy. “I can’t really say there was anything that much different just because he was a radio personality.”
Indeed, the sauciest part of the sale has to do with Mr. Hughes’ sellers, John and Vicki Andrinopoulos, who have had the unlikely honor of being sued by television personality Montel Williams.
Back in 2005, Mr. Williams was going to sell them a separate apartment at Trump Place for $5.65 million, The Observer later reported, but disagreement over a closing date interfered with the deal. Mr. Williams filed a lawsuit, alleging a breach of contract, but it was eventually settled—though the deal fell through.
Non-shock jocks sometimes get in trouble too.
Ooooooooooooo Opie's nice!
If you live in a 40th floor apt. where do all you fancy people put your bikes and cool big toys?
2088 feet, 2 bean bags, a TV, and mattress on the floor...living like a king
Nice Op, now you have plenty of room for at least 4 or 5 Java Logs.
He mixed that up. Greg Hughes, the actor, is a nice guy.
Opie is a funny prick.
miss black mold
I liked that the Observer article called him 'Spawn of Imus'..
That was a nice little inside joke.
But I hate how they make a deal of Trump and how everyone feels.
It's the guys fucking house, the place you're supposed to go to not be bothered after a days work.
For all we know, all that Trump bullshit might have been to trump up attention for the apprentice. Or maybe there was animosity from abusing the fired people on the show.
I doubt there's any lasting bad blood there. O&A drew people to the apprentice when it was on, in their own way.
Is it just me, or does 3 million for 2000 sq. feet seem absurd?
To live without rats, mice, and homeless people, I think not.
