    My humble suggestion, good sir:

    Longwood Gardens.

It's been almost 20 years since I was last there, but unless it's gotten run down, it's a beautiful garden. Great place for an outdoor wedding.

Getting it as a wedding site might be expensive (fancy, fancy man...) and the wait list might be a little long, but just throwing the idea out there.

    Good luck, bro.

Longwood Gardens is a great place, just few miles from my Dad's house in Chadds Ford. I was there just a few years ago, still beautiful. I don't know how they handle weddings, but it's a great idea.

I think Opie should seriously consider having his wedding at the Camden Aquarium due to Camden being such a lovely place. The population of Camden would most certainly welcome several hundred white people for a wedding. Then for their honeymoon, if Opie can afford it, they should goto the lovely Poconos.

Looks like Longwood doesn't allow wedding on site. Only wedding photographs.

Fuck. That'd be a great place for Op to end his lif... errr.... get married.

If Opie really wants a nice wedding he should consider St Augustine's
in Philly. They filmed the Sixth Sense there. Beautiful church. Went
to a wedding there. Very nice setting in Old Philly.

As a place for a reception, the Cescaphe Ballroom is the way to go.
Went to a reception there. Best time ever. You can't
    do better than that.

Has Opie given any indication as to what his wedding song is going to be?

    How about:
Benny Mardones - Into the Night
    Neil Diamond - Sweet Caroline
    or Kiss - Goin' Blind

Again, I refer back to a great area with a nice patch of a garden ((albeit very small). Its on 52nd and Spruce. For those without a car, simply catch the el, exit at 52nd and Market, and head toward 52nd and Spruce. (About a ten minute walk, or a two minute sprint).

Its a fantastic area and I hope Op enjoys...

(Ant, what kind of permit did you get recently? ...whatever it is, I am sure it will come in handy:)

We had our wedding reception at a B&B/horse farm/historic estate in Upper Bucks County. First wedding they had there in years. Ours went so well that now they advertise that you can have weddings there. I'm thinking for our 5-year anniversary we'll go back there and spend the weekend.

Just going out on a limb here, I think the best man just might be one of Opie's 10,000,000,000 brothers?

I got married at the "Ballroom at the Ben" in Center City Philly, it was unbelievable and spending 100k should be a problem for Opie, unless he's strapping his girl's dad with the bill

There's a few mansions in NE Philly that are pretty nice as well, but I think Opie's would like Center City the best

Opie's a fancy man. Longwood would have to open their doors to the Hughes family.

Maybe the DuPont country club? I alway's heard that's very fancy and not too far outside of Philly.

As long as he doesn't have it at Concord Country Club, the shit hole I used to bus tables at a million years ago. If it ended up there, I would laugh my ass off.
