    People in a public place have no right to expect privacy.

    That's the excuse they use for taping people.

    The same should be true in reverse.

    Yeah, apparently government employees who are doing their job in public seem to think they do.

    Especially not when they have cameras on their dashboards recording themselves and everyone else.

    I love the argument that you used to hear (including from our own Mr. Cumia) that it makes cops have to second guess their actions for fear that it might be caught on tape and taken out of context etc. We all know that the last thing you want a guy with a gun and the authority to kill people to do is have to think twice before pulling that trigger...
