    They'll fuck it up. They can't just "make something legal" they'll have to make forty thousand rules and exceptions and exemptions and so much bullshit that it will be pointless.

    Don't forget, there will always be loopholes as well, but at least this is a step forward.

    This should be interesting when they go up against Harry Reid and the other politicians in the pocket of the major casino companies. Does anyone know if Caesars, MGM and Penn National are working on opening online gaming?
