Mom forgets toddler at pizza place

BRANDON, Fla. (AP) — A 30-year-old Seffner woman is accused of leaving her young daughter at Chuck E. Cheese's.

Police arrested Hope Christina Payne Saturday. She faces a child neglect charge.

Payne allegedly left her 22-month-old daughter at the arcade Friday. She got home about two hours later and realized the child was missing. She was released from jail yesterday on her own recognizance.

Holy crap how self-involved could you be to NOT notice the lack of annoying sounds 22-month old people make?

Its not like we all haven't misplaced a kid occasionally, but the only reason an adult would be at Chuck E. Cheese is to take a kid there.

Even if you didn't arrive with a kid, chances are you're leaving with one (crinkle, crinkle ;) ).

I've heard of crack ho's trying to sell their spawn, but never just leaving them someplace. She must've really been jonesing for a fix otherwise she would've realized how much more she could get if she did sell the kid.

I got nothing

Stacey Johnson A young mother accused of leaving her baby outside a Kentucky courthouse says she's not guilty.
Stacey Johnson was in court Tuesday morning on a charge of child endangerment.
Police say the 22-year-old Breathitt County woman left her 9-month-old daughter strapped in her car seat outside the Powell County courthouse.
An inmate, working inside the courthouse, says Johnson came up to her around 1:30 Monday afternoon, and asked if she would watch the baby.
The inmate refused, saying she was too busy with work.
About 15 minutes later, the inmate says she noticed the baby in a car seat on the courthouse steps.
The baby is now in protective custody.
Johnson, who is from Breathitt County, was also charged with public intoxication.
27 NEWSFIRST spoke with Johnson's family, they say she loves children and the only reason this happened is because she was using drugs.
Johnson will be back in court next month.

Anyone hear about the dude in Benecia, CA? It happened last week I believe. He was supposed to take his kid to daycare for the day and then go to work. Turns out he forgot to drop the kid off and went straight to work. Eight hours in the car in July. That's gotta be a tough smell to get out.

Edit: Post 1500 btw.
