I listen to the show pretty regularly but I missed the origin of this. What does the phrase "bowling for behave" mean?

It was during a segment about something Michael Moore said. Like "I'm not scared of blacks. A black man never fired me or turned me down for a loan" or some shit like that. So Ant said that instead of Bowling for Columbine, he should make a movie called Bowling for Behave.
