I need to stop eating fast food 3 times a day.

Give me some healthy meal ideas that require minimal effort and resources.

Search out the many crock pot threads. You really can't get easier, yummier, and cheaper than crock pot cooking.

Chicken, beef, pork, veggies, beans... whatever... the crock pot does it all.

You can get a crock pot for under 30 bucks.

You dump some stuff in the pot in morning, turn it on LOW, and you'll have a yummy, hot dinner when you get home from work and leftovers for lunch the next day.

Get a crock pot, and let us know when you're ready to go... we'll walk you through it.

Don't worry. We'll get through this... together.

Hamburger helper or Tuna helper and add a can of
green beans and a small can of sliced mushrooms.

1 pot, 20 minutes tops.

Lean ground turkey works great in HB helper.

Easy Shepard's Pie Recipe:

1.5 lbs Hamburger Meat (cook till brown)
Add McCormicks Beef Stew seasoning (comes in packet)
Add Peas & Carrots to meat, Add some flour and water to make meat/peas/carrots to make more "stew-like"
Cover and let steam for 8-10 minutes on lower heat
Now, you can either make your own mashed potatoes, or buy the simple microwave kind which taste just as good

Put meat/peas/carrots into base of cooking pan, then mashed potatoes on top with cheese on top of everything
Cook on 350 for 15-20 minutes

Real simple

Used to love HB Helper. Till I looked at the nutritional info. Cheap? Yes. Good for you? Fuck No.

Breakfast Wrap for Cheap:

1 Plain White Tortilla
1 Banana
4 Thin Apple Slices
1/2 Cup Frozen/Fresh Berries or 1 Sliced Kiwi
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Yogurt

Spread PB on Tortilla. Put on Banana, toss on Yogurt, then Apple Slices/Kiwi, lil more yogurt, Berries on top instead of Kiwi depending which you went with.

Fills the gut until Lunch easily. Wrap in tinfoil for easy travel, stays cold also. As an added bonus, they're cheap as fuck to make (each wrap is maybe $2.00?) and they're healthy with an addition of delicious. Plus a Jar of PB lasts forever, and you can get by on an Apple a week if you store it proper. Prep the fruit the night before and it's maybe 3 minutes to make?

Depends on how you cook it too. I look for the lower fat ones and
then use no fat milk, lean beef or turkey and no fat butter substitutes
to cook em. They can be made with out as much fat as they list on
the labels.

How is putting a bunch of gay foods in one place a "recipe"? There's no fire or meat involved. Boo.

Breakfast that I eat every day:
1 cup oatmeal
1 bananner or 1 apple or some blue-burries or ras-burries
a few chopped or grounded up almonds, walnuts, whatever nut you like
dash a milk and 2 cups of water

-dash of cinananananaamon and maybe a dash of maple syrup for the apple only, makes it taste like apple pie almost

healthy, cheap and you can shit it out all nice like

Well then use Cum instead of Yogurt. I mean 'whaddya wan' from me?'

All the wraps I make fall apart.
Tastes some practice to be able to wrap them like a wetback. Overstuffing the thing means it's not getting folded also.

I do. I've been wanting to spend my grandma Xmas money on something other than weed. Crock Pot is my next purchase.

Thanks THP
