Yeah
HF has sets from 7 bucks to $9
Worth getting a set
I have a bunch of the sets.
I have to use them for work and keep forgetting them at my stores.
Right now each of my 12 stores has about 2 sets in my supplies/tools area.

If I was really cheap
I'd drill a hole in my T-15 bit :haha7:
I used to do that when the sets were expensive and not readily available back in the days.

I'll get a set from HF
And some other shit too probably
I can't leave there without a few cheap tools

I don't shop at walmart
HF will suffice
I don't shop at walmart either, that set is available from many sources. I posted it as an example of what is available. Just trying to help, that set has served me well. I don't give a fuck about your batteries.

I've also decided @maz is not a mechanic, I bet he can pick up his tool box and walk into whatever broken refrigerator they sent him to fix.

You gotta get the voltage high enough for the charger to recognize the battery.

I once asked Mags what kind of equipment he works on, but he just said hurtful and insulting things.

He's crotchety.

@maz is a curling iron repair technician. 99.9% of the time when he shows up the best option for the customer is to just replace the unit they have with a new curling iron.

I tried
Looks like1 cell is toasted
All look like shotgun shell red
But that 1 is bubbly and toasty looking
Also much warmer than the others after charging
Reads about 0 V
Others are at least 2V+

Oh well , gave it a try

Yeah
Home Depot wants around $50 for 1
This one came with a weedwacker a couple years ago
Bought a lighter/lower profile 1 last year
Weedwacker is the only Ryobi tool I have
So I ain't buying another battery
