    I like that version a lot, actually. Anachronistic Shakespeare rings a bell with me. I also LOVE Julie Taymor's Titus.

    Shakespeare will never be finished. His works will be reinvented and reworked till the end of time.

    That is if you think they were actually his works but thats a different story.

    Taymor's Titus is one of those movies that if you tell people who saw it that you saw it and liked it, they're glad someone else knows about it.

    I tried watching it because based on title I thought it was about General Titus who wiped out the jews living in Jerusalem.

    What I got ....I had no idea what to make of it. I think I lasted 20 minutes and turned it off in confusion.
