Rules & In depth how-to:

As a committed practitioner of the comedic arts, we know it's not all about the money for you. Yeah right! Where's my check? Here's the embarrassment of riches you can win by trapping comedy lightning in a bottle:

Grand Prize: $10,000. Jay Mohr himself will agonize over all the entries and pick the winner. And think about it; if that's you, you've earned ten thousand clams for two minute's work. Plus, you'll open for Jay Mohr at a comedy club in California. So make sure your act is a tough one to follow.

Second Prize: $5,000. Five large for being the second funniest person on earth. That's quite a consolation.

Third Prize: $2,500. It may be third prize, but that's still over a grand a minute. Do you make that in your current job?

And that's not all. Every one of the top twenty videos will get a Flip Video Camcorder. The camcorder that's perfect for making you the next star on YouTube.
