That's what the guy who uploaded it to YouTube called it, and his hyperbole is accurate.

Rich and Bobby join Opie, Anthony and Jim on their first day back after a vacation. Paralyzed Opie takes a beating, and Anthony talks about the night one of Danny's douchebag friends robbed him. Vos is particularly brutal :D

Skip to about 3:40 of the first part unless you're dying to hear Esther Ku be unfunny.

I remember the show. And it was hilariously brutal.

I loved how Opie just kept trying to kill the comedy by bringing in Stevie and at one point Jim said "fuck that blind zilch". Eventually the comedy cam to a screeching halt when Opie got his way.

The infamous "Spin The Wheel" show. I've listened to it several times. Fucking classic.

I was sure I had this show in my personal archive, but I guess I don't. Gotta find some way to dig up the audio (don't want to sit at my computer the whole time).

That show is referred to as the "Spinning the Wheel of Hate" show, and it's a classic. Wasn't this the 1st show post XM suspension?

No, that was another classic with all the comics bashing their first WBAB show together.

The bloodbath shows are always the best. The DiPaolo vs. Vos vs. Birbiglia show (which featured the legendary Leslie Nielsen beating) was hilariously vicious too.

I believe the Louie Beans show was also pretty vicious. Any time you got Bobby, Patrice, Vos, Colin, Burr or any combination of those five in together it just gets mean.

Listening to this episode today while I'm working... it's fucking great. I've been laughing for 40 minutes, and just looked down to see I have 1 hour and 40 minutes left in the show.

I'm listening to this now and it's fucking glorious.

Has Opie ever taken another beating like he does in the first segment? I certainly haven't heard one.

Yeah this is "the wheel of death" show. Did you just discover this show or something? I've listened to it on my ipod like 50 times at this point.

There were a few shows that came after this one that came close, they just didn't have a fancy name (though the word 'wheel' was brought up several times). Wish I'd have marked them down or threw them into a folder somewhere.

The fact people haven't heard this show sheds some light on how people could be so mean to Vos.

I try and stay out of when people bash him, but I personally can't fathom how you can insult the guy. He's been part of some of the best O&A shows ever, and he was on tough crowd.
