I freebased this show over the weekend. Paul Rubin is a former stand up, a gay man and a liberal....who left the Left. This is the piece he did on it. https://www.prageru.com/courses/political-science/why-i-left-left Not coincidentally, this may be the best place to find interviews, for a lack of a better term, the new conservative movement, with a healthy dose of "classic liberalism".... which seems to look a whole lot like conservatism these days. His channel on youtube may be the best political commentary I've found recently. He really is giving an equal voice to anyone that will agree to come on and he's had some very divergent views on there. Several guys he interviewed, such as Ben Shapiro, I expected to be extreme right wingers due to the way I've always heard them framed, but most of them I've found to be fairly moderate in their beliefs, especially socially. How Shapiro is lumped in with Milo is fucking beyond me. May I suggest a few episodes.
