Just seven dates so far. If they release more, it will have to be later in the year, after Puscifer finishes touring.

http://audioinkradio.com/2011/12/tool-band-2012-tour
1/14 — Reno, Nev.
1/17 — Tucson, Ariz.
1/18 — Albuquerque, N.M.
1/20 –- Grand Prairie, Texas
1/24 — Toledo, Ohio
1/29 — Camden, N.J.
1/31 — Uncasville, Conn.

I'm definitely going to the Toledo show.

That Camden date is listed at the Susquehanna Bank Arts Center that, last I checked, was an outdoor venue. That should be fun, outdoors in Camden in the dead of winter.

I'll wait til they have a new album.
Fletcher, when late fall hits they close off the inside and it becomes a ~7k capacity indoor theater.

Thanks for the heads up. Probably doesnt change me ponying up for a ticket and taking the hour and a halfish drive but I appreciate the info.

Either in the article or somewhere else there was speculation that its just a short tour that is going to be interrupted by a Puscifer tour. Hopefully there will be a more extensive one after the Puscifer one wraps up.

Looks like Tool is playing more dates, this time at the IZOD center:

TOOL
February 1 at 7:30 PM
IZOD Center
Public Onsale: Sat. 12/17 at 11 AM

Tool remains one of the most influential bands in modern rock history. From their first album Undertow, to their most recent efforts including 10,000 Days, Tool has managed to morph a musical experience with visual arts and a message of evolution into a unique rock outfit. Don't miss their only area appearance!

Damn, I saw them at nassau coliseum with Meshuggah awhile back, great show. I'm not going to IZOD center though. Maybe i'll go up to Mohegan Sun and see them........and do some gambling :D

This is as good a place as anywhere else to ask: Why aren't their god damn albums on iTunes?

Yeah it's bullshit, although I already have all their stuff on c.d. (Salival on Cd-r) it's a little annoying.

But i wouldn't buy Tool digital any way. Their artwork is always awesome.
Sometimes I take this

and wear it on my head at the bar, all the bitches love me.

I would buy their shit, I just don't listen to CDs. I just have an iPod.

Well most of the time i buy cd's when i can and upload them to itunes or my iphone, i just like having the artwork.

Well guys if you miss Tool in concert you can always buy Maynards wine!

I stood in line twice when he was in my area signing bottles, just opened one on thanksgiving. Meeting Maynard and the actual wine were both a bit of a let down.
