    Will that settlement money be directed to GM and Chrysler? That's who this bullshit was done to benefit in the first place.

    Numerous incidents concerning sudden, unintended acceleration soured the automaker's reputation and caused global sales to drop. The unintended acceleration settlement was filed in federal court in California on Wednesday. This is another challenge for Toyota.

    This is the Dow Chemical silicon breast implant lawsuit all over again. Totally fabricated "problem"... hordes of carrion-eating lawyers, a bunch of weepy "victims" testifying to their "ordeals" and a major payday that's fucks over a good company and society at large.

    All so a tiny pack of scumbags can get filthy rich at the expense of us all. The fucking lottery mentality.
