Does anyone get them when they're about to go to sleep?

They're so urgent and vivid. Much more so than dreams.

Lately there've been a fuck of a lot of them.

I hear some of the most brilliant conversations or the most inane babble. Usually before dawn. Had it since I was 19.

I have it's usually people I know, like I am in a conversation with them. I am on the cusp of falling a sleep when I get these, if I get up while this is on, I can sometimes remember the conversations.

People that believe in hokum believe that is when you are most open to spirits. I think it's a bunch of horseshit and it's you subconscious just making up babble.

Is it people talking to you, or just you talking to yourself?

For me it's people talking to me. But their are occasions where It's me talking about a thought I have, like what I am going to do the next day.
It's never me talking to anyone else. Just short, clipped pieces of audio (this has been happening since before I started listening to O&A)

I have them frequently (I usually just think of them as thoughts), but the ones that really bother me are the ones that cause me to lose sleep, lying there having my most petrifying thoughts when it pertains to death (not just mine).

They are just thoughts. Learn to relax your subconscious before going to sleep and that should help with the rush of thought that pops right before falling asleep.

Now that brief dream of falling and the jerk right when you hit the ground, that shit plagues me when Im trying to fall asleep.

I get the loud bang. The kind that wakes me up out of a deep sleep and then forces me to walk around the house because it sounds like somebody is trying to break in. And it's nothing, just a loud bang in my head. That always fucks with me.

I don't think I ever hear anyone else's voices unless I want to replay a conversation in my head.

What gets me right before I'm going to sleep are audible hallucinations. Right on the edge of sleep I'll be startled awake by a very loud bang or other noise, which I often perceive as a door slamming, window being broken, gunshot, something crashing, etc. Had these for about two years now.

I heard the loudest bang in my life a few months ago,. Thought we were all dead (or whatever). It woke me up and it was nothing. Nothing had happened. Not even another gunshot.

Fucking thing rattled my teeth and eyeballs.

....YES, I get the loud bang too. It's only happened 2 or 3 times but it's freaky as fuck.

From time to time SEE very vivid faces when falling asleep.

This is some great evidence for the prosecutors when the board gets sued.
