Let me know!
Where'd the quote button go?
The "reply" button quotes the post.
I think he's talking about the "quote" code button which is missing from both the basic and advanced post toolbars.
Right but the quote button is now just for multi quote.
The reply button in a post quotes that post.
For a reply with out a quote you just use the old "quick reply"
box at the bottom of the page you're on.
You mean to insert the quote tags around text? I never realized that was available. I always typed "[ quote]" in manually.
There used to be a quote box in the top of the reply box.
That seems to be gone with the latest update.
It seems to have been integrated into the "Insert" feature.
Nice. Haven't had a chance yet to see what's up. Thanks.
It's 7:09pm and the site isn't doing it's daily backup/maintenance. Did that change too?
We just haven't posted anything worthy of being backed up in the last 15 hours.
@zagman76 A bug I found is that I am still not a mod.
I was hoping someone would notice this!
is your friend!
On Tapatalk, it no longer tells you the author of a post that's quoted by someone.
I checked on both my phone and tablet (both Android), and both show the original author in the quote. Are you using Tapatalk Pro (4.x)?
Works fine on my iPhone:
Same here. Works fine.
I'm sure you know, But Wackbag is loading at a snails pace. Though it's actually better than it was yesterday, it still sometimes takes 10-20 seconds for a page to load.
Perhaps more than that. It took about 30 seconds for your quote to come up. Wackbag is broken.
This...on both my desktop and phone. I thought it might be teething problems at first, but it's still slow at times.
This new Chitika ad system is fucking terrible and obtrusive. I load the page, and their ad sake up an eighth of screen real estate. I don't see it with my regular computer (AdBlock) but it's noticeable on my iPad.
I understand you need to pay for hosting, but the ad widget needs to go.
No matter how much money you may be making from the banners, it's not worth scraping data, exposing members personal information, and putting users at risk for all kinds of attacks from them.
AWESOME solution for the ad question! If you donate, no ads!
I see a picture of a kitten!
