    A pimento cheese sandwich and a peach. Doesn't sound like much, but it's one of my favorite lunches.

    I've never bothered to learn how to make it. I couldn't stand it as a kid when I would visit my grandmother in Virginia and it was there. Last year someone brought pimento cheese sandwiches to an event. Because it's on the menu in a lot of restaurants here, I had one to be polite and to make sure I didn't like it.

    That shit was fantastic. I found out the person that brought it got it from a grocery store down the road from me. Now there's always a tub of Palmetto Pimento cheese in my fridge.

    Another big ass batch of shrimp cocktail. Only way I can stay on my "diet" over the weekend... 1200 calories and it'll last 2-3 days.

    Just ate a bowl of saustch gravy at a bob Evans restaurant, I can feel it congealing in my arteries as I type

    I never heard of Bob Evans until I went to Ohio a couple of years ago. Definitely nothing to write home about. Certainly no reason for such a small town to have so many locations.

    It's on my way to the shore, and I love the disgusting saustach gravy, the sandwich I got wasn't great, honestly everything there kind of reminds me of "hungry man" type dinners, the breakfasts are much better meh it's cheep, and I can watch my truck from any seat in the restaurant, I left the dog in the car.

    Chopped Cilantro
    Chopped Onions
    Lemon Juice
    Lime Juice
    Ketchup
    Tomato Sauce
    Diced Tomatoes
    Garlic
    Salt
    Pepper
    Hot Sauce

    I just estimate amounts, can of this, half of that....

    But it has to sit 6-8 hours to really come together.

    Local butcher shop had 8 ounce bacon wrapped sirloins on sale for $3 each because they were over a week old and most of their customers are idiots that know nothing of aging beef. Bunch of clown tie wearing horse masked dopes.

    Apart from the DMV, the longest most agonizing wait on earf is a burrito concoction that needs major reduction.

    As I've been hitting the weight room hard, I used lean ground turkey instead of ground chuck. I didn't have the ingredaments to make my own salsa, nor any raspberry chipotle sauce, so I used Pace :meh: picante and raspberry jam. To be honest, it still tasted pretty damn good.

    I even chucked a few ounces into my mega omelette this morning. :D
