Yeah, I made it about 50% through 1. Maybe a couple hours into 2. About 50% into 3. They just can't hold my attention.

It's too bad. The art direction on those games is great. And they are not bad, they just didn't click for me.

Yeah, I've played a few. My favorite is Primal. Fun, overall. Can be a bit generic.

4 is good, but I liked 3 a little more. Primal is good, too.

It was at the 2nd big daddy I've come across. I realized I probably should just try to sneak passed it instead of fighting it. So, the puppy kick urge went away and I feel silly.

Bah. It's my birfdee weekend and I'm taking the kids to a cabin in the mountains with my folks.

Send me a message and we can play next week, albeit on the non-premium maps.

I might be able to play this afternoon if I get home from work in time, but I'm not optimistic.

I think I can invite you and you'd be able to play the premium maps.

    Been playing Cities: Skylines.

It amazing how they totally captured and improved upon the look and feel of Simcity 4 yet Maxis failed miserably at creating Simcity (5).

This is what happens when shitty hipsters try to create a game.

Just started 4, myself. The cut scenes are long. Wish you could just get past it but, oh well.
I now know about the term "bullet sponge".
    with the animals

It's really getting to be fun, getting around, in between missions/tasks

What made it better for you? I was checking them all out but this one grabbed me. I might go after another one after this, then.

Yeah, when I saw my first ATV just sitting there for me to get on, I immediately liked the game more, and promptly drove the ATV into a damn lake.

Is Ghost Recon Wildlands , more rail like or can you go about missions and after missions, any which way? I know it's open world but my friend plays co-op on console
and the way he described it sounded like there as only one way to go about it...Unless that was a side mission. Sounded like a Tomb Raider style mission.
Told me that one guy did a Leroy Jenkins, on his team. lol
That, to me, never gets old

I'd have to play solo. Team definitely sounds and looks cooler though, especially with friends

The bullet sponge thing mostly goes away when you upgrade to better weapons. Consider it motivation to do so.

I liked Vas as a bad guy more than that purple-suited queen in 4.

Battlefield can be so much fucking fun.

I normally finish between lousy and average, but I just played a game where I assumed the assault class and rode in a landship the whole game (conquest).

I spotted enemies for the heavy gunner, took out 7 with mounted MGs, and on 2 occasions I jumped out and executed 3-4 sneaky Germans with my shotgun and M1903 pistol.

1 round like that is worth sloshing through 10 rounds of poor team-play.

FInally finished Dying Light. Holy cunt was that a long fucking game.

Started up Outlast 2. It's first 15 minutes are better than resident evil 7.

No, it's totally open world. You do have to find intel to unlock some missions, but other than that, you can go after any of the targets at any time.

Well. Sort of. You start with the lower tier underbosses, then to the second tier guys, but after you kill two of the second tier bosses, you can take down the main villain, without even bothering with the rest.

Also, no bullet sponge types. Aside from some armored special forces types, everyone dies with a bullet or two.

Oh fuck Amazon. Rocket League for $12? That is quite tempting...
