your working out stats

to tag onto another thread here from abudabit what are your body stats, how often do you workout and what do you do?

i am 5'6", chest is 47 1/2", neck is 18", waist is 36"...not sure about bi's or legs...

i am at the gym 5 days a week (mon-fri for about an hour or so)

mondays are chest - flat, incline, wide and flies...around 18 sets
calves - calf raises (8 sets)

tuesday is back - upright row, lat pulldowns, bend-over row, shrugs

wednesday is shoulders - seated military press, front raises, standing military press, rear delts on the pec deck

thursday is arms - bi's - seated preacher, standing single arms, standing hammers, fore-arm curls
tri's - rope pulldowns, v-bar pulldowns, behind the head seated press (i forget the official name), reverse pulldowns with the straight bar

friday is legs - front raises, hammies, calves

my strongets exercies is shrugs as i can do about 485 on the straight bar :)
I jerk off at least 2 times a day.

I have to walk to a subway, then walk from subway to work, and also live in a 3 floor walkup.

I'm weak.

If I had room for like a treadmill or exer-bike I would get one. But I don't. So I don't have one.

6' 3", 180 lbs, half way in between being weak and being strong. Fairly low fat.

Used to go to the gym 3 times a week, now I never go. I just work out in my room and run. Hit a plateau easily, so I give up easily now.
